A user is anyone which needs access to Teamado. This includes team members who check-in, team leads or managers who review the check-ins and CEO’s who may want to view the Teamado metrics.

This depends on how the Card was sent out to the team. If the Card has been marked as ‘Private’ then only the manager who scheduled the Card will be able to view the check-ins. If the Card was not marked as ‘Private’ then anyone in your team can view the check-ins.

No. Teamado works in any browser on PC’s, Mac’s, mobile phones and tablets.

No. Once you have signed up for an account you simply invite team members to join.

A Teamado Card is a set of questions which are grouped together to create a form or questionnaire. Any type of Card can be created such as a Daily Review (used to get the status of your team), a Weekly Review, a Project Status etc.

Teamado comes supplied with several standard Cards. You can duplicate one of these and edit it or you can create a Teamado Card from scratch if you wish.

The number of Cards you can create depends on your subscription level. See pricing for details.

Teamado Card’s can be scheduled to be sent out automatically at regular times such as every day, every work day, every Friday, 1st of each month etc. You can also send a Card out to your team on an ad-hoc basis.

Once a Card has been sent, team members will receive an email with a link to check in.
