Cards
Cards are at the centre of Teamado. A Card is a collection of questions which are sent out to your team members either at regular intervals or on an ad-hoc basis. You can use our pre-built Cards or create your own using our easy to use Card builder.

Teams
Configure multiple teams with different time zones and working days.

- Each team can be assigned a time zone ensuring that check-ins are delivered at the correct times
- Easily identify team leads / managers
- Select which team members are required to check-in and which team members only receive summary reports
- Team members can belong to multiple teams
Card Scheduler
Cards can be sent out to teams on an ad-hoc basis or you can use the built in scheduler to automatically send out Cards at regular intervals.
- Schedule Cards to be sent out Daily, Weekly, Monthly, on Work Days or at Weekends
- Schedule ad-hoc Cards
- Teamado sends out check-in reminders to team members
- Check-in summary reports at a specified time to team leads
Check-In's
Team members can login to Teamado to check-in or click the link in the reminder email to check-in without the need to remember usernames and passwords

- Check-In data is archived for future reference (archive time depends on your subscription)
Reports
Once your team has checked-in, Teamado displays the check-in results as
- Check-in invite delivered to team members inbox
- Quickly and easily check-in by clicking the link in the invite on any device
- Mark team members as absent
- Team members can draft tomorrows check-in if a daily Card
