For monthly subscribers we accept payment by credit card, debit card or by direct debit. For annual subscriptions, we can issue you with an invoice and accept payment via bank transfer.

Of course! No matter which subscription you choose, you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time.

We’ll send you an email before your free trial expires. If you decide you want to keep using Teamado, you’ll be asked to choose a paid subscription.  If you do not choose a paid subscription, your account will be closed.

We want you to be 100% happy with our software and so you can set up some Huddles and see first-hand how Teamado can free up your team’s time and energy to focus on the work that really matters.

You can cancel your account hassle free by simply going to settings, account and then selecting the delete account option. We will hold on to your data for 30 days just incase you change your mind. After 30 days your data will be permanently deleted.

If you cancel your account, your account will be active up to the end of the current billing period. After this no further monies will be taken.

If you sign up for an annual subscription and change your mind within 30 days of purchase, we will refund your subscription in full.
